Overview of agencies and regulating bodies

This section is intended to provide an overview of the approval process that an IPP is required to go through before construction of a hydroelectric project begins and of the agreements made between Ledcor and the various agencies. The list below shows all of agencies and regulating bodies that were consulted during the approval process. All agencies and regulating bodies have either given their approval in principle or are in the final stages of their review process.
